Please check out the link to our Opera page for important rehearsal information.
- Arrival & Pickup Times:
Please ensure your child arrives in the evening for their performance by 5:30 pm. If you are planning to attend the daytime performance, and therefore will not be at the evening performance, please note that pick-up will be at 7:00 pm. - Pickup Location:
Students will be dismissed from their regular classroom pickup/dismissal doors, not the gym. - After the Performance:
Families will exit through the gym doors, then make their way outside to their child’s usual classroom pickup location. - Staying for the Full Performance:
We kindly ask that all families remain for the entire performance. Even if your child has already performed, staying supports all students and helps maintain a respectful audience environment. - Student Supervision:
When not on stage, students will be supervised and waiting in their classrooms with their teacher.
Parent Educational Requests open until Friday May 1
In May, our teaching teams will work collaboratively to create balanced classes for the upcoming school year. This thoughtful process includes significant time and care, which considers student learning needs.
If you have information that may support your child’s educational placement, we invite you to share it by completing the following Google Form:
https://forms.gle/WjS7w6ZJXqwqnaok6
Submissions will be accepted until Friday, May 1st. If you do not have a request, there is no need to complete the form.
Please note:
- Information submitted will be reviewed by staff as part of the class-building process.
- While we value parent input, requests cannot be guaranteed, as many factors are considered when creating classes.
- We are unable to accommodate requests for specific teachers. Our staff is highly skilled, and teaching assignments may change from year to year.
- Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Thank you for your support and partnership.
Instructional Calendar 2026-2027
An updated version of the 2026-2027 Instructional Calendar has been finalized and posted.
Lunch Supports
As our students stay active this Spring, we’ve noticed many are requiring more food to get through the day - we are seeing an increase in students asking for lunch items/extra snacks.
Please check in with your child to see if they need an additional item packed in their lunchbox.
If providing extra food is a challenge for your family at this time, please let us know so we can coordinate support for your student.
