Upcoming School Opera – Important Information for Families
We are excited for our upcoming school opera and wanted to share a few important details to help the event run smoothly for everyone:
- Arrival & Pickup Times:
Please ensure your child arrives in the evening for their performance by 5:30 pm. If you are planning to attend the daytime performance, and therefore will not be at the evening performance, please note that pick-up will be at 7:00 pm. - Pickup Location:
Students will be dismissed from their regular classroom pickup/dismissal doors, not the gym. - After the Performance:
Families will exit through the gym doors, then make their way outside to their child’s usual classroom pickup location. - Staying for the Full Performance:
We kindly ask that all families remain for the entire performance. Even if your child has already performed, staying supports all students and helps maintain a respectful audience environment. - Student Supervision:
When not on stage, students will be supervised and waiting in their classrooms.
