Scholastic Book Fair is coming: Call for Volunteers
Don’t forget, our school is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair from April 14 - 17. Students will be viewing the fair on April 14 and 15. Books will be available for purchase during the day of April 16 and 17. Parents and students are welcome to shop during the evening of April 16 from 3:40 - 6:00 pm. Cash, credit and debit are accepted.
The Scholastic Book Fair is a fantastic way to continue to give our students access to the books they want to read. We are so happy that our students can interact with the Fair at our school, and choose their next favourite book! All purchases benefit our school and earn Rewards that can be redeemed for books and education resources for our classrooms and school library.

Ice Skating Information

Additionally, we are excited to announce that we have been able to partner with Play It Again Sports to offer a 20% discount to Woodbine Families. This discount can be applied to purchase skates and helmets for our upcoming skating field trips from April 22-25, 2025. All you need to do is mention that you are from Woodbine School. Healthy Hunger – important message for Grade 3 families – April 16
Our Grade 3 students will be at a field trip on April 16 to Telus Spark Science Centre and this is also our next Healthy Hunger fun lunch day. If you have placed an order your child will receive their pretzel at the end of the day, when they return to school from their field trip.
If you would prefer, you can log in to Healthy Hunger website to cancel your order – please ensure you make this change prior to the system closing 5 days prior to the event.
