School Update:

Volunteer Process: The process to obtain a volunteer clearance has recently changed.  If you would like to obtain a police clearance, so that you can volunteer at field trips or in your child’s classroom, please follow these steps:

 

Complete this form and bring it to the School Office with a valid driver’s licence.

Annual Volunteer Registration Form

 

Your details will be keyed into our database and this will generate a letter which will be emailed to you with instructions on how to apply for your police clearance.  There is a cost of $21.25 which is not covered by CBE.

 

Once your clearance has been approved, Calgary Police Service will send you confirmation that your results are ready – please bring a copy of that letter to the School Office as soon as possible.

 

We will then be able to complete the final step and process your clearance.
