School Update:

Volunteer Process: If you started the volunteer process and have obtained your police clearance letter - please remember to email/bring in your letter to the school as the police clearance database deletes them after 90 days.  We cannot process the final stage of the clearance process without you bringing in your clearance letter. This step is being missed resulting in families having to start the process all over again.

Online Report Card: Online report cards will be enabled for viewing from June 26, 2024 - July 26, 2024 (8 am). During this window, legal guardians / independent students are welcome to view K-12 report cards online.  Please save or print a copy of your child’s report card prior to July 26, 2024 (8 am).

Apply by June 16 for School Bus Transportation: Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2024-25 school year.  The deadline to register is Sunday, June 16 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.  Follow the link for more information.

Outstanding School Fees – Deadline June 30, 2024: Just a friendly reminder to pay your outstanding school fees by June 30, 2024, to avoid the accounts being sent to collections at a future date.

Field trips and school events which have already taken place are now overdue.  

Central Fee Waiver  the deadline to apply for a central fee waiver is June 30, 2024. Please click on the above link for information on eligibility and how to apply.  If you have already applied for a Central Fee Waiver for this school year and your application is pending, as there is further information you need to submit, the deadline for you to do this is June 30, 2024.  

Central Fee Waivers are applicable only for the current school year.  Should your family with to apply for a waiver for the 2024-25 school year you will need to submit a new application in the fall.

Have you moved: If your family has changed address during the school year or, you are planning to move over the summer break, please ensure you have informed the school office so that we can ensure a smooth transition of student records to your child’s new school.
