Online K-12 Report Cards Available Jan 27, 2025: Families can view, download or print online report cards for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students on Jan 27 – May 30, 2025 through MyCBE.

Registration 2025-26: registration for the 2025-26 school year opened on Monday, January 13.
Parents can find information on Kindergarten registration on the public CBE website.
If you are returning to Woodbine School in the fall you do not need to register again. If your Grade 6 student is moving to John Ware School in the fall they will automatically be designed to that school for Grade 7.
Planning for the 2025-26 school year is underway – please let us know if your child is returning to us for September 2025 or, if not, which school they will be attending in September. Forms are coming home – please look out for them and return to the School Office by Feb 12. Thank you.
Field Trip Fees: our swim program has concluded and we would like to remind families that many swim fees remain unpaid. Such events are only possible with your support in paying for the activity. Thank you for ensuring your fees are paid promptly so that we can continue to offer field trips for our students.

School Council/Association: Our next school council/association meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 20 at 6:00 pm. We look forward to you joining us. Teaching staff attend these meetings and provide an update on what is happening in their grade.
