School Update:

PAST DUE| OVERDUE:  Online annual Student Forms – Deadline past due!

Online annual forms are ready for your completion in your MyCBE account.   Please sign in, select Online Forms and complete the following:

• Demographic Verification 2023-2024
• Annual Authorization 2023-2024
• Citizenship Information Update 2023-2024 (if applicable)

Completion of these annual forms are a requirement by Alberta Education – thank you for your assistance in completion of the yearly task.

Lunch Supervision Registration: All students staying at school during the lunch break must be registered for Lunch Supervision – please complete the online registration form via your MyCBE account.

Picture Day: All students will have the opportunity to have their photo taken on October 10.  Retake day will be on November 6.

School Apparel – order close on Oct 9: Final day to place an order is approaching – this will be the only time, this school year, that you can place an order for school apparel – more details can be found on our Woodbine School Parent Association: https://woodbineparents.com/

Lost Not Found: Lost items are sorted, folded and currently displayed at the front of the school.  At the end of each month, clothing is packed up and donated. Some items were claimed during the Open House, but there are still many items on our tables.  If your child is missing something, please encourage them to pick them up by the end Thursday, Oct 5.  All items with a name on them will be returned to their owner.

Ordering instructions are below.

 

Ordering instructions for Woodbine School Clothing!

• Go to https://healthyhunger.ca/
• Create a New Parent Account or log-in if you already have an account
• If creating a new account, fill in the parent information in the first form
• Add a student, enter their name and select Alberta, Calgary, Woodbine School and their classroom (all grades and teachers are there)
• Once your student is added you can select “Order Now” from the main homepage for the Clothing order
• Create 1 order if possible (even if its for multiple students, just order under one) as there is a small payment processing fee on each order
• Carefully select the items and sizes you want (size chart is in the email and also as a link in the event instructions)
• You can save your order and keep adding until Oct. 9 or check out right away.
• School clothing will arrive in November and be distributed at the school
