School Update:

Late Students: Over the past few weeks we have experienced an increase in students arriving late for school.  We appreciate it can be more challenging to get to school when the weather gets colder, however your child’s punctuality is important as this plays a key role in achieving success at school. Students who are late miss out on important classroom announcements and teaching time. All students arriving late must check in at the office through the main doors.  Thank you for supporting us with this.

 

Fall Break: Please note there are no classes for students from November 9 – November 14.  Classes resume on November 15.  We hope you enjoy some quality family time during this period.

 

Parent/Teacher Conferences:

In-person conferences will be held on 23-24 November.  Conferences open for booking at 6:00 am on November 9 and close at midnight on November 22.  Please log in to your MyCBE account to book a spot with your child’s teacher.  

 

November 23 is a regular day for all students.  There is no school for students on November 24.

Dress for the weather: The weather is changing and students need to bring warm winter clothing to wear – we will be going outside for recess and 20 minutes at lunch – rain, snow or shine!  We have many students looking for spare gloves, mitts and jackets which we supply on a daily basis – however we do not have an endless supply.  Thank for ensuring your child is prepared.
