School Update:
Bike to School Day - June 11 We encourage all students to wheel to/from school on this day. There will be space in the gym for students to store their bikes throughout the day. Please see below for important info!
Prior to arriving at school:
· Label your child’s bike and helmet using tape with both their name and their teacher’s name
Arriving at school:
· Students are to bring their bike through the back gym doors. They then need to find their teacher’s name and ensure the bike goes in the right section of the gym. They will then return to their regular entrance door for when the entrance bell rings. We will have some student volunteers helping with this!
At the end of the day:
· Grade 4-6 students will have their bikes and be dismissed from the gym doors
· K-3 students will pick up their bikes prior to the bell ringing and will be dismissed at their regular dismissal doors

Library Books the last day to sign out library books was Friday June 7. ALL LIBRARY BOOKS ARE DUE BACK NO LATER THAN THURSDAY JUNE 13,
Healthy Hunger our next Fun Lunch is June 19 (Booster Juice) – please order in time to avoid disappointment. We had many students whose families missed the order deadline. All orders close 5 days before the lunch event – once the order is closed no changes or cancellations can be accepted. When families miss the deadline, then drop off a lunch from the restaurant to replace the missed lunch, this causes chaos for staff attempting to reunite the lunch with the student and upset for the students whose families couldn’t make that happen. We appreciate your assistance in ordering before the deadline.
Online Report Card Online report cards will be enabled for viewing from June 26, 2024 - July 26, 2024 (8 am). During this window, legal guardians / independent students are welcome to view K-12 report cards online. Please save or print a copy of your child’s report card prior to July 26, 2024 (8 am).
Apply by June 16 for School Bus Transportation Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2024-25 school year. The deadline to register is Sunday, June 16 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year. Follow the link for more information.
Outstanding School Fees – Deadline June 30, 2024: Just a friendly reminder to pay your outstanding school fees by June 30, 2024, to avoid the accounts being sent to collections at a future date.
Field trips and school events which have already taken place are now overdue.
Central Fee Waiver the deadline to apply for a central fee waiver is June 30, 2024. Please click on the above link for information on eligibility and how to apply. If you have already applied for a Central Fee Waiver for this school year and your application is pending, as there is further information you need to submit, the deadline for you to do this is June 30, 2024.
Central Fee Waivers are applicable only for the current school year. Should your family with to apply for a waiver for the 2024-25 school year you will need to submit a new application in the fall.
Have you moved If your family has changed address during the school year or, you are planning to move over the summer break, please ensure you have informed the school office so that we can ensure a smooth transition of student records to your child’s new school.

We are 64% of the way to our goal of 151 copies with 96 sold to date! The Memory Book will be in print only and is a wonderful opportunity to capture your child's school year. There will not be a digital or online resource.
